Sabai Fine Thai On The Bay

Overall the food was tasty and service was good. The duck curry gravy was delicious but wish they could let customer have the choice to replace duck with chicken. I dont't recall asking for a vegetarian version of pineapple rice which had too many pieces of carrots and pork floss for my liking (see photo). Wished they had prawns and cashew nuts in it and served in a pineapple.

Lovely dining experience at Sabai Fine Thai on the Bay Had a great experience dining at Sabai Fine Thai on the Bay. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. We were given a lovely outdoor table with a beautiful view and a fan to keep us comfortable in the Singapore heat, which was a nice touch. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, making it a really enjoyable meal overall. The only minor hiccup was being charged for water after requesting tap water — possibly just a small misunderstanding. Overall, a wonderful experience with great food, attentive service, and stunning views. Would definitely return!

Decided to lunch at Sabai Fine Thai restaurant. At lunch time, ground floor was full, the server suggested second floor. Second floor not very large, about 8 to 9 tables. However more cozy and quiet than ground floor. I personally preferred second floor. We ordered mango salad, stuff fried chicken wing, fried thai noodle and pineapple rice. The wait was short and food were served almost together. The serving was generous and able to feed 2 big guys (my buddy and me). We had a hearty meal and an enjoyable lunch. Staff very attentive, our water glass always filled to the brim without asking. If you love Thai food in a cosy and quiet environment with attentive staff - Sabai Fine Thai is where you should be.

Delicious food & a cozy ambience!! We went to this place for dinner. We ordered rice crackers, soup, spring rolls, chicken & Mango sticky rice. Surprisingly, all dishes came in less time than we expected and the quantity & quality of each dish was really good. Dishes are so delicious that it just takes you to Thailand. My daughter loved the adjustable light on the table too Must Visit place

Red Curry: 5/5 Basil Fried Rice: 6/5 (Incredible flavor) Spring Rolls: 2.5/5 (Small, not many vegetables) They do not customize their dishes as they do not want to lose the integrity of their recipes. That is respectable, food is good! Very popular. Takes a long time to get a table.

While this restaurant is at Collyer Quay it is a pity it does not have nice views. The egg dish is highly recommended. It is fluffy and goes well with the accompanying chilli. The red beef curry was also great and recommended. The other dishes like the fried fish, fried rice and desserts were average. As expected, the price is high for the location.
